A group of 7^th-formers from our school took part in the Skype marathon organized by our friends from a school in Asten (the Netherlands).

We were the first to start it. The children had an excellent opportunity to communicate with each other in the real time mode. They asked and answered lots of questions and even sang the national anthems to each other! Among the participants were the schools from different countries of the world – Belgium, Kenya, Canada, Ireland, Greece, Spain, Colombia, Brazil, the USA, Italy and Australia. The students from Australia even spent a night at school to take part in the marathon! We hope to have more experience of the kind in the future to help the world be one big group of friends!
